St David’s Day Spring, and the snow going away, this tasting menu will honour the very best of Welsh fish and seafood, with a different Sparkling Wine matched to each course.
The evening will include a talk by our wine expert on the wine matching. This is a wonderful opportunity to try some interesting sparkling wines, including some Welsh & English, alongside Tom’s perfectly balanced cooking.
£100 per head (includes 6 course tasting menu & accompanying wine)
