The tasting menu is available in the evening from Wednesday to Saturday. It is a nine course menu of smaller dishes that changes on a daily basis; a seasonal reflection of the best of the Vale produce and what is available in our smallholding and kitchen garden.
It needs to be pre-ordered, so please let us know when booking your table. The tasting menu is to be taken by the whole party and is available for a maximum of six people. Please inform us of any allergies when booking.
